- Beach Sunsets places the security deposit and pets deposits in a NON INTEREST bearing Escrow account at an FDIC Federally Insured Local Bank.
DO YOU CHARGE A MANAGEMENT FEE IF THE UNIT IS VACANT?
- We do not. We don’t get paid until you collect rent.
CAN YOU DIRECT DEPOSIT INCOME INTO MY ACCOUNT?
- Yes
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO BE PAID?
- Payments will be initiated to the Owner via direct deposit or paper check no later than the 15th of each month.
DO I GET TO SEE THE LEASE OR SIGN IT?
- Our lease has been reviewed by a Florida Real estate Attorney. Beach Sunsets will sign the lease on your behalf and upload the document in your Owner Portal.
