CAN YOU HOLD A PROPERTY FOR ME?
  • We only hold properties for 2 weeks from the day the property is available. To hold the property, the application process must be completed, lease signed and security deposit paid.
DO I PAY FIRST MONTHS RENT, LAST MONTHS RENT AND SECURITY DEPOSIT?
  • Amount due prior to move in is security deposit paid in full, pet deposit paid in full (if applicable), first months rent and fees.
HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO APPLY?
  • All applicants over the age of 18 must apply separately.
IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?
  • Based on the condition of the home when you leave, the security deposit and pet deposit are fully refundable. A move out instruction and cleaning checklist are provided 30 days prior to your exit.
CAN I USE A COSIGNER?
  • The Cosigner must be added to the lease as a Financially Responsible party.
HOW DO I PAY RENT?
MY LEASE EXPIRATION IS COMING AND I WANT TO MOVE OUT. WHAT DO I DO?
  • You must give 60 days written notice of not renewing your lease.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE?
  • If the repair is needed due to tenant neglect or damages, it’s the tenant. The Owner is responsible for normal wear and tear and aging of systems and fixtures.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY LEASE?
  • You must give a 30 day written notice and pay a penalty of 2 months at the time you give notice.
