Beach Sunset Realty specializes in finding large parcels of land for development for major Builders. Additionally our team can assist in bringing our Engineers, Architects, Builders, infrastructure partners and, our subdivision planning partners to any project large or small. Beginning with Land acquisition, infrastructure development, county planning, engineering services and finally bringing the project to a full final Development Order our team can assist.

Subdivision Development

Beach Sunset Realty works with over 20 local area Builders on a regular basis to bring new subdivision to life. We also work with several National Builders that can build on your lots and parcels or to bring major subdivisions to fruition.  We have over 22 years of local experience bringing small, medium and, large projects to completion. The goal is to keep a steady supply of available housing for our growing community of Customers and ultimately new friends.

Custom Home Development

Sometimes our Customers need a custom home built.  We have over 20 local area Builders for them to choose from all with a proven track-record of success. Architects ready to assist in revising your plans to meet the Florida hurricane code requirements.

Additionally we have suppliers that can assist directly should you decide to build your own home.  From windows to wood, flooring to roofing, we have the contacts and service personnel with the proven record to meeting the needs of our valued Customers.
