'THE RENAISSANCE HOUSE' is the largest individually owned structure of over 5,000 square feet in Seaside. Inspired by the famous 19th century British Architect, John Nash, the Renaissance House stands alone as the significant classic Architectural image of Seaside, incorporating cast stone columns and details. Standing three floors, the retail shop is housed on the first floor; architectural offices and grand rental unit, the Maidens Chamber on the second floor; it is crowned by its penthouse suite on the third floor, The Conservatory, home of its owners, Carolyn Pendleton and Victor Bowman, designers and occupants.
